uniimp USERPREF

This command is used to import to Univiewer Management Server user preferences stored locally in files. These XML files have been created by a uniexp USERPREF command.

Syntax:

uniimp USERPREF -bookmarksfile <val> -login <val> -settingsfile <val> [-help]

• -bookmarksfile <val>

  Mandatory. Full name of the XML file that contains bookmarks of the specified login.

• -help

  Optional. Displays the command online help

• -login <val>

  Mandatory. Login user account name to UVC.

• -settingsfile <val>

  Mandatory. Full name of the XML file that contains administration mode user preferences and lists filters of the specified login.

Example:

uniimp USERPREF -login John -bookmarksfile "C:\temp\bookmarks.xml" -settingsfile "C:\temp\settings.xml"

Settings successfully updated for user "John"
